Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver cakes, flowers and gifts across India. Most of our orders are delivered the same day for orders placed before 4:00 PM, and the next day for anything later. For bulk and corporate orders please contact us a day in advance so we can plan the route.

How far in advance should I place a custom cake order?

For photo cakes, 3D and 2-tier cakes we recommend ordering at least 24 to 48 hours ahead so our team can design and bake it properly. Basic cakes and ready-to-deliver items can be ordered the same day.

What flavours and sizes are available?

Cakes are available from 0.5 kg to 3 kg and in flavours including chocolate, black forest, vanilla, butterscotch, strawberry, red velvet, pineapple and fruit. Eggless options are available on request for most flavours, simply mention it in the order notes.

Can I add a personal message on the cake?

Yes. You can add a name, a short message and candles at no extra cost. You can also upload your own photo for a printed photo cake, which is available on selected designs.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major cards, net banking, UPI and wallets through a secure payment gateway. Orders can also be paid for on delivery for eligible PIN codes.

How do I track my order?

Sign in to your account and open My Orders to see live status. You will also receive an order confirmation by email and a delivery update once the order is out for delivery.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Custom cakes and personalised gifts cannot be cancelled once baking has started. For other items, cancellations made before dispatch are fully refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours with photographs and we will replace it.

Do you deliver flowers and gifts to hospitals and offices?

Yes, we deliver to hospitals, offices, hostels and residential addresses across India. Please share the exact floor, ward or department so the delivery partner can reach the right person.
